INSTRUCTIONS OF HERO 12K GOLD PEN
1. Brief introduction
“HERO” gold pens are the ones with particular raw material, new-look style, precious crafts and high-quality assembly. The tips of gold pen are made of 10K, 12K, 14K; 18K gold, the barrel and cap are made of high-class plastic, chromium nickel stainless and copper alloy. The surface of metal parts is covered with precious metals like gold, platinum (Rh and Pd). 2. Permanent Guarantee
When you buy any “Hero” gold pen. We will promise to provide you permanent repair for mechanical damage no matter time of use. For any discontinued and unrepairable gold pens, we will provide same class “Hero” gold pen as alternatives. But some normal consumption, such as tips, ink cartridges and pumps etc as well as the damaged marks of pens and decoration, which was requested by the customer, are exclusive. The tips and other parts, which are damaged because of incorrect use, are exclusive too. The permanent guarantee of “HERO” gold pen provides every user of “HERO” gold pen a lifelong writing pleasure. Warning: The cap will suffocate you, so please don’t put it onto mouth. “HERO” gold pen is not suitable for children.
3. Uses and Maintenance
(1) Product the gold/platinum-plated surface of metal parts by keeping away from scraping and shocking by other hard metal products and touching acidity/alkaline solvent. Clean it by soft cloth usually to keep the body new. (2) There are two structures: pump and ink cartridge. Please choose ink cartridge at first to ensure easy smooth ink-leavage. (3) Please choose ink without sediment when you choose the pump. You shall wash it completely according to the way of ink-suck when you change or stop using one kind of ink. (4) Please don’t suck black ink with gelatine to prevent from stuffing the writing structure, so as to influence ink-leakage. (5) The plastic parts shall keep away from high temperature (65 C) and other organic solvent. (6) Don’t disassemble writing structure yourself to avoid parts’ missing or damaging. (7) Use of Ink Cartridge and pump A: Change ink Cartridge: take off old ink cartridge into the top of the fountain pen. The spare cartridge can be put into barrel according to the figure. B: Insert-Converter System: push it onto the top of the fountain pen, and twist the end of the converter in counterclockwise direction at first, then in clockwise direction to suck ink. C: Insert-pump System: push it into the top of the fountain pen, and press the spring leaf continuously to suck ink. (8) Clean of Gold Pen Take off the ink cartridge or ink pump/converter and dip the tip and the top into warm to soften the dirt. After inserting converter, dip the tip into warm, then hold the end converter and twist in counterclockwise or clockwise direction (press the spring leaf continuously for the Insert-Pump System) until the water becomes clear. Clean it with soft cloth finally.
